PlotScout is an all-in-one land management tool built for hunters and land managers who want to get more out of every acre. Draw any parcel directly on a satellite map and PlotScout instantly measures its acreage, shape, and center point — no survey equipment or guesswork required. From there, it turns raw measurements into practical, on-the-ground guidance.

The app helps you decide where to place food plots by recommending plot sizes, seed mixes, and placement relative to bedding cover, travel corridors, and wind direction. A soil-type overlay using USDA soil survey data shows which areas drain well and hold fertility, while a land-owner lookup queries public records so you can identify who owns a neighboring parcel before you knock on a door. You can save parcels, load them again later, and keep your own notes alongside each one.
